Positive: The bach is set in a peaceful location. The log fire was brilliant on the colder days. Owners were lovely and set out a welcome card with some lovely baking for me. I was there for some much needed stress relief and relaxation, and that is exactly what I got. Beautiful sunrises with birds singing to wake up and some excitement watching the trains head to and from the West Coast. It's far enough away from the city to be in the countryside and have some peace, but close enough to get back if needed. If you are looking for somewhere just to relax (or sew like me), this is the place.
Negative: Everything was perfect for my needs - no dislikes.
